This message relates to Police Log No. 254 of 23rd January 2017. Please be aware of bogus callers from the Fire brigade:  At approximately 1230hrs on Sunday 22nd January 2017 a home owner in Willand, Cullompton had a visit from a male and female claiming to be officers from the Fire Brigade. They requested to enter the property and provide information regarding fire prevention and the fitting of alarms.  Devon and Somerset Fire & Rescue have confirmed that these individuals were not members of their force.  Please be aware, do not let anyone you do not know into your home, ask for Identification.
