The Mid Devon Local Plan Review 2013-2033 adopted on 29 July 2020 revised the local planning policies for the NW Cullompton urban extension and allocated two new parcels of land.  The relevant policies in the Local Plan are policies CU1 to CU6.  The Local Plan can be viewed on the Mid Devon website www.middevon.gov.uk.

The revised SPD is an update to the 2016 Masterplan SPD only and the changes are limited to those necessary to reflect existing changes to Local Plan policies, and to ensure consistency with planning permissions already granted on the NW Cullompton Urban Extension.

The consultation runs from 27 June to 8 August 2022.  You can view the consultation materials and comment on the proposed SPD by going the dedicated consultation website: www.northwestcullompton.co.uk.  You can also comment on the SPD by email or post to Phoenix House, Phoenix Lane, Tiverton EX16 6PP.

Consultation materials will be on display at The Hayridge, Cullompton from 28 June to 8 August 2022.

In addition, MDDC are holding two events at The Walronds, Cullompton, where consultation materials will be displayed and staff will be on hand to answer any questions.

Monday 11 July between 4pm and 7pm, and

Saturday 23 July between 10am and 1pm.
