DETAILS
Cullompton Town Council as the qualifying body has prepared a neighbourhood plan for the parish of Cullompton with the help of the local community. The plan sets out a vision for the future of the parish and planning policies which will be used to determine planning applications locally.
WHERE CAN THE PLAN BE INSPECTED?
Copies of the Neighbourhood Plan and supporting documentation are available to view on the Mid Devon District Council website: https://www.middevon.gov.uk/residents/planning-policy/neighbourhoodplanning/cullompton-neighbourhood-plan/
Hard copies of the Neighbourhood Plan and supporting documentation are available for inspection at the following locations:
MDDC Offices (Reception), Phoenix House, Phoenix Lane, Tiverton EX16 6PP The Town Hall, 1 High Street, Cullompton EX15 1AB The Hayridge Library, 1 Exeter Hill, Cullompton EX15 1DJ Cullompton Community Centre, Pye Corner, Cullompton EX15 1JX
HOW TO MAKE REPRESENTATIONS
Please email comments to planningconsultations@middevon.gov.uk, making sure you include your name and address. You must provide these details for your response to be considered as a valid representation.
Comment forms are available on the web page (see link above) and at the locations where the plan can be viewed, should you wish to use one. These forms can be returned by email (as above) or posted to: Forward Planning, Planning Services, Mid Devon District Council, Phoenix House, Phoenix Lane, Tiverton, EX16 6PP.
All comments must be received by 5pm on Friday 15th November 2019
NOTICE
Any representations may include a request to be notified regarding Mid Devon District Council’s decision under Regulation 19 whether to ‘make’ the Cullompton Neighbourhood Plan.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ALL REPRESENTATIONS RECEIVED BY THE DISTRICT COUNCIL WILL BE PUBLICLY AVAILABLE
