Mid Devon District Council has released its Expression of Interest in the Garden Village on land to the East of Cullompton at J28 of the M5.

The document gives details about MDDC’s project plans for the area.

Previously released maps have not shown the full extent of the proposals. This new document includes a complete map of the proposed development at P21. We have also replicated it above. Kentisbeare is on the right hand side of the map.
